Riverside Heights is an oak neighborhood, and this lot had the canopy on three sides. So the house sits back under it: a steep front gable, a porch across the whole front, and a side drive that runs past the house instead of paving over the front yard.
Hardie lap siding painted white, deep teal shutters, and a front door painted to match. The porch is wired for fans and cans. Shade is only half the job in a Tampa summer — the other half is moving air.
Inside, wide-plank white oak runs through the living space and keeps going into the bedrooms. Crown throughout. In the kitchen: a professional gas range under a stainless canopy hood, a patterned tile back wall behind it, quartz counters, and matte black pulls on flat-panel white cabinets.
