Middle Bay was founded by Cory Frier and Will Daniel to answer a gap they kept seeing in the Tampa market: families paying luxury prices for homes that weren't built with care or integrity. With more than 20 years of combined experience, they build homes worth the price — and put their names and licenses on every one.
Building Easier® is the operating idea behind all of it. Construction is unnecessarily hard — for homeowners and for the people doing the work. Middle Bay makes it easier: one team from architecture to keys, exact specifications, weekly walk-throughs, and a schedule we actually keep. Both founders are active in the community and committed to keeping Tampa Bay a place worth building in.
We live in what we build: the Seminole Heights home Will built for his own family.

Will Daniel is co-founder of Building Easier Construction Group, the Tampa-based parent of Middle Bay Homes, Middle Bay Remodel, and Bay Area Exteriors. With 20 years in the industry, his expertise spans siding, roofing, and window systems engineered for the Gulf Coast's wind, water, and sun. From luxury homes to siding replacement, Building Easier does it all.
