South Tampa

The San Jose

The HomeSouth Tampa

Two stories of clean modern lines in South Tampa, wrapped in white and glass, with a great room that opens to the yard.

Clean modern lines on a South Tampa lot, wrapped in board-and-batten and lap siding with black-framed windows. A stone entry tower carries the address and the balcony rail above it. Standing-seam metal runs over the garage wing.

The kitchen is a long working run: white shaker cabinets with brass pulls, a professional gas range, a built-in stainless refrigerator, and an island topped in veined quartz over a stained wood base. Two glass-globe pendants over it, white oak underfoot, black metal balusters on the stair beyond.

The great room opens through a wall of glass onto a covered lanai with a horizontal rail, so the yard reads as part of the room. The entry sits above grade here too, with a paver drive running up to the garage.
