This one gets a picket fence and gate, a full-width porch on brick piers, and a stained tongue-and-groove porch ceiling. Navy shutters, a mint front door, fans overhead. New construction that does not announce itself.
Inside, the main level is wood-look porcelain plank instead of hardwood. That is a Florida decision — sand, water, and dogs do not argue with tile.
Transom windows sit high on the dining wall, so the room takes light without looking into the neighbor’s wall. Crown molding through the main level, and a bar-height island between the kitchen and the living space.
