A stately front on a South Tampa street: board-and-batten above, lap siding below, black divided-light windows, and a deep porch on square columns set into a stucco stem wall. Lanterns flank the door. The first floor is elevated, and the stair up to the porch is wide enough to sit on.
The kitchen keeps quiet — white shaker cabinets, a plaster-look hood surround, and a light oak beam spanning the opening to the dining room, where a linear black fixture hangs over the table. The island is oversized on purpose. That is where everyone ends up.
The primary bath is the one to look at. It is a wet room: twin showerheads and a freestanding tub inside the same glass enclosure, marble-look porcelain slab on the walls, white oak vanities, brass fittings.
