Every Middle Bay project — a custom home or a whole-home renovation — runs on
the same four-step framework. It exists for one reason: most construction pain
comes from decisions made too late.
1. Design
Architecture, selections, and budget get locked together, before ground
breaks. Not a concept sketch and a handshake — the actual drawings, the
actual finishes, the actual number. When those three agree up front, the rest
of the project stops being a negotiation.
2. Build
One dedicated team runs your project, and you walk the site with us weekly.
Trade language is welcome on our walk-throughs — if you want to know what
kickout flashing is or why we sheathe the way we do, ask. You'll get a
craftsman's answer, not a brochure's.
3. Deliver
The finished home matches the drawings — on the date we said. That sentence is
the whole point of steps one and two.
4. Enjoy
We're a Tampa company and we stay in the neighborhood. Warranty and support
come from the same people who built the house, with our names and license on
it.
